I have started this blog as a way to look at things from a Psychological perspective...because I really believe that Psychology allows us to exam our own actions and those around us through a lens of understanding.

- Larry Pfaff holds a masters and doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He has been a consultant working in the area of employee selection techniques. He has also consulted extensively in the areas of management development, team building, organizational needs assessment, and performance appraisal. He is author of the SELECTPro® Selection Interview system. The SELECTPro® system is a method of conducting behavior-based interviewing of job candidates. He has also done a great deal of work in the area of survey development, utilization, and validation. He is the author of five published tests. He is the former Dean of the School of Management at Aquinas College and currently Professor of Psychology at Spring Arbor University. His research has been cited in many popular and professional publications and he has appeared as a guest on numerous radio programs across the U.S. and Canada. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
